LA and Shopping !
This week's been really odd.
The past 3 nights I've had friends crash over at my house. It's really nice to be able to offer up hospitality when you have friends that don't feel like going home for the night. I've really enjoyed being able to do that.
In the process I've met a bunch of new people which has been really nice.
And one new friend in perticular, R* which I adore. We've been basically hanging out non stop for the past 2 days. I drove him to work, picked him up, etc... It's nice to get to know someone new.
We just get along so well, and yet we are quite different... it's really amazing.
He reminds me very much of one of my exes, but without the nervous energy around him, which is really nice.
R* has a really good heart and although he is often "out there" he has a head on his shoulders and you can tell you can count on him, which is quite refreshing in this town.
We're going to meet him in LA this week-end. He'll already be there and as usual me and M* will be going to our goth club. I think he will really enjoy himself.
I can't wait to get to LA this saturday! I have the WHOLE day off... so I will be going SHOPPING !
Yay ! It's been such a long time since I have been shopping for "goth" clothes. I can't wait. I have about 3 outfits that I can wear out now. So something new will be fun.
And I'll be able to just relax for once and take my time to drive up there which will be fun.
